The Project
Real cricket fans know you can never miss a moment.​

With a long domestic cricket season done and dusted, the newly-launched Fox Cricket channel needed to re-engage viewers for the upcoming World Cup. Foxtel didn’t have exclusive rights for the tournament, but they did have an edge over their rivals: Fox Cricket was the only place to see every moment of the Cup, with no ad breaks during play. ​

Our award-winning promo’s bold opening – eerie, attention-capturing silence – broke the rules of sports advertising, and brought in more subscribers just in time for the World Cup.
